  • Stays put under your full weight. 10 layers of birch, a reinforced metal hinge and non-slip foam feet. Holds up to 300 lb.
  • 5 angles, 25° to 45°. Goes steeper than many slant boards, so you can keep progressing.
  • Grip that lasts. A coarse non-slip surface, plus 2 spare grip sheets in the box.

Slant board angle settings: 25, 30, 35, 40 and 45 degrees

Adjustable

5 angles. One board.

Start at a gentle 25° and work up to 45° as your calves loosen up. Most slant boards stop around 35°, so you have more room to progress. Changing the angle takes seconds: lift the board, move the support, step back on.

One board, a lot of uses

Man doing a calf stretch against a wall with one foot on the slant board

Calf and Achilles stretches

Heels low, hands on the wall, lean in. A deeper, steadier stretch than a stair edge.

Man doing a heel-elevated squat on the wooden slant board at home

Heel-elevated squats

Raise your heels to squat deeper and stay upright. Great for knees-over-toes training.

Woman using the slant board as a footrest under her desk

Desk footrest

Set it low and rest your feet on it while you work. Slides under any desk.

Questions, answered

Which angle should I start with?

Start at 25°, the lowest setting. Hold a gentle stretch for 30–60 seconds and move up an angle when it feels easy. If 25° feels like a lot at first, lean less, keep your knees soft or rest a hand on a wall. Never push into pain.

Do I need to wear shoes?

For standing stretches, yes. The grip is coarse, like fine sandpaper. It's great for traction but rough on bare feet. Socks are fine when you use it as a desk footrest.

How much weight can it hold?

Up to 300 lb. It's made from 10 layers of birch with a reinforced metal hinge and non-slip foam feet.

Will it slide on my floor?

Foam pads on the bottom help keep it in place on wood, tile and laminate floors, and the board stays put when you step on it.

Can I use it after an injury?

A slant board is a stretching tool, not a medical device. If you're recovering from an injury or surgery, ask your doctor or physical therapist which stretches and angles are right for you.

Why buy the 2-Pack?

Keep one at home and one at work, or get one each for you and a partner. The 2-Pack is about $10 less than buying 2 boards separately.

How fast is shipping, and can I return it?

Shipping is free in the US and most orders arrive in 3–5 business days. If it's not right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. See our return policy.
